At DUMANI, we take pride in crafting high-quality products built to elevate your experience. To maintain our standard of quality and exclusive inventory, we only accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, in unworn condition with tags attached.

Size & Style Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Contact us at info@dumani.xyz to initiate an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right immediately. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at info@dumani.xyz within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
